Ben Simmons and his Philadelphia 76ers have been knocked out of the NBA play-offs by an incredible Kawhi Leonard buzzer-beater.

With the teams tied 90-90 and just 4.2 seconds left, Leonard received the ball and made a fadeaway jumper from the right wing which bounced off the rim four times before dropping to send the home crowd into raptures and the Sixers packing.

The victory clinches the second-round series 4-3 and books Toronto a berth in the Eastern Conference finals against the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks.
