As reported by Foot Mercato‘s Santi Aouna, PSG have placed a €400m price tag on 23-year-old forward Kylian Mbappé.

Despite the France international signing a new contract in May, after a long saga over his future – with Real Madrid perennial suitors, rival clubs still made offers for the player during the summer. A few weeks after Mbappé was presented to a triumphant Parc des Princes on the final day of last season before the trashing of Metz, Paris received concrete interested in the player.

However, director Antero Henrique, who is charged with handling player sales after returning to PSG to work alongside ideological spearhead Luis Campos, demanded €400m to sell Mbappé to the unnamed interested clubs.

Mbappé has a two year deal at PSG but RMC and Le Parisien report this afternoon that the player now feels “betrayed” by PSG and is pushing to leave in January as he has become frustrated by coach Christophe Galtier’s new 3-4-3 system.
