As noted, David Otunga and Jennifer Hudson ended their ten-year relationship last month when the actor/singer filed a protective order against Otunga, alleging “aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior” and leading to a domestic battery investigation by local police.

In an update on the David Otunga-Jennifer Hudson saga, TMZ is reporting that the WWE Superstar has gained primary custody of their son, David Jr., due to Hudson’s travel schedule.

Additionally, Hudson has reportedly dropped the protective order that she filed against Otunga. According to the current WWE Network schedule, Otunga is scheduled to return to the Kickoff Show panel alongside Renee Young and Peter Rosenberg at the WWE Clash Of Champions pay-per-view later this month.

Otunga was pulled from the pre-show panel for the WWE Survivor Series PPV back in November when the story regarding Hudson and the protective order first broke.
