Earbuds just got super luxe.

The French fashion house, Louis Vuitton, just revealed the designs for its latest tech innovation — a pair of logo-clad wireless earbuds that are retailing for nearly $1,000. That’s the same price as a wallet, or small handbag, or six pairs of Apple's $150 version!

The $995 wireless Horizon earphones will be offered in four colorways – black, white, a red monogram or yellow and blue pattern of “LV” stripes – and each comes with a stainless steel charging case available (white for the white earbuds, and black for the other options) that will provide 10 hours of battery life.

According to the press release, the architecture of the charging case “harmoniously mirrors the shape of the Tambour Horizon watch with its contemporary, concave lines.”

The high-end brand teamed up with the New York-based audio company, Master & Dynamic, on the headphones that will have three-and-a-half hours of listening time for one charge and will have volume controls on one of the earphones for easy adjustments while on-the-go.

If you’re hesitant to spend a cool G on something so prone to being misplaced on your morning commute, so are a lot of people on Twitter.

One user wrote that “there is such a thing as ‘too expensive’ and ‘insane,’ referring to the designer tech accessory.

And others joked that the price will make them look “broke.”

If you’re looking to grab a pair, you can start shopping the earbuds on Thursday, January 24.
