Covent Garden has launched a new smartphone app to offer its visitors more
personalised experiences, which include 50 special offers, content and
services at a number of outlets in the district.
Named ‘The Pass’, the new app offers exclusive rewards and promotions for
shoppers from some of Covent Garden’s most popular retailers including
Dior, Galeria Melissa and Oliver Sweeney. The app also features a map of
where users can find all participating stores in the district and is easy
for users to navigate.
“We’ve spent months developing The Pass to give visitors the ultimate
‘insider’ experience of Covent Garden,” said Beverley Churchill, Creative
Director of Capco Covent Garden. “For the first time this new technology
allows us to track customers’ favourite offers, so we can learn how Covent
Garden visitors like to shop and dine.”

services and benefits at any of their other London stores.” The Pass’ is
currently is available for download on iOs and Android for all mobile
and tablet devices.
