During last nights AEW Dynamite, a future AEW Championship match was set for 12/18 with Chris Jericho set to defend his title.

Jericho claimed that he is contracted to have one final title match in 2019, and that will be happening on the 12/18 edition of AEW Dynamite.

Jericho provided a list, or ‘lexicon’ as he called it, of wrestlers that he will not be defending the title against, and eventually Jurrasic Express came down to interrupt him. In the end, it was Jungle Boy who stepped up, slapping Jericho as the trio sent the champion and Jake Hager packing.

It was then made official that Jungle Boy will challenge Chris Jericho for the AEW Championship, in what is set to be the biggest match of his young career.
