A mahapanchayat of the Meo community in Haryana’s Nuh has demanded that controversial BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja should be arrested for his role in the conspiracy that resulted in the mob lynching of Rakbar alias Akbar Khan earlier this month.

Panchayat leader Sher Mohammad demanded that the MLA should be booked for hatching the lynching conspiracy and should also get arrested, saying that he “gave provocative statements after the lynching and supported the accused.”
