An off-the-radar dream match featuring Zack Sabre Jr. (arguably the best technical wrestler in the world today) against one of the best workers of this generation in Kurt Angle has been booked for a Revolution Pro Wrestling event on 6/12 at London’s York Hall.

The pre-sale starts this Monday.

Sabre Jr. was the winner of the Wrestling Observer’s Best Technical Wrestler award the past two years, beating out competition like Kyle O’Reilly, Timothy Thatcher, Roderick Strong, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Cesaro (2015).

Angle won the award in 2002, and was a top contender annually through the entire Chris Benoit and Bryan Danielson-dominated period of the award from 2003 to 2013, where he also won Most Outstanding Wrestler honors in 2001, 2002, and 2003.

Recently departed from TNA, Angle is only expected to work a few shows over the remainder of the year. Last week, he wrestled Rey Mysterio Jr. at the URFight iPPV in a 2-of-3 falls match.
