According to PWInsider.com, Scott Steiner and Tommy Dreamer are backstage at tonight’s Impact Wrestling TV tapings, and are scheduled to appear in front of the camera.
Dreamer had been absent from the past few days of tapings, and prior to his absence was working as a backstage producer. Dreamer was brought in for the tapings to replace Sonjay Dutt who is unable to travel due to injury and subsequent achilles tendon surgery.

Dreamer last appeared in an Impact ring at Bound for Glory in 2015, and he competed in the 12-man Bound for Gold Gauntlet match which was won by Tyrus. Bound for Gold turned out to be Dreamer’s final appearance with the company. Dreamer was reportedly fired due to an argument with fellow producers after canceling the India Tour. Dreamer has since worked in a backstage capacity for Impact Wrestling off-and-on since he last appeared on TV.
