Multiple WWE officials deemed Renee Young’s debut as a RAW commentator last week a success as she was said to show more potential than either Jonathan Coachman, Booker T or David Otunga. The plan for Young is very likely to fill this role for the upcoming WWE Evolution PPV and long-term, a lot of people backstage figure that she will eventually find a permanent place at The RAW announce booth, especially with WWE continuing to push their gender equality and women’s revolution themes.
 
According to one source within WWE, the company is also considering a future Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin storyline leading to a match, which is why there has been constant tension between the two over the past few weeks. This will eventually lead to Angle blowing up and Corbin to be the guy he ends up wrestling.
 
In a related note, Angle’s “vacation” on RAW which now has Constable Baron Corbin in charge may be due to the fact that RAW next week is in Toronto, Canada. Angle, due to his past legal issues, may not be able to travel to Canada and wasn’t on the show the last time the company held an event there on April 30th in Montreal. On Twitter, Angle seemed to imply that he will be on vacation for multiple weeks.
