It was previously reported that Samoa Joe will be replaced at upcoming WWE House Shows including their upcoming house show at Madison Square Garden. With Samoa Joe being moved over to the SmackDown brand during the Superstar Shakeup, WWE has been planning to replace Joe on majority of the RAW House Shows coming up including their upcoming house show at Madison Square Garden. 
Samoa Joe is still scheduled to face Roman Reigns at this Sunday’s Backlash PPV, but after he is done with that, he will be reporting full time to SmackDown Live and he will have no more obligations left on RAW. As previously reported, Samoa Joe was originally scheduled as Roman Reigns’ opponents at RAW’s upcoming live events, but according to backstage sources, the company has now arranged for Jinder Mahal to replace Samoa Joe and to instead face Roman Reigns on RAW’s upcoming House Shows.
