With a win over Rey Fenix in the main event of Wednesday’s Dynamite, Lance Archer advanced to the Face of the Revolution ladder match at AEW Revolution. 

The match on the Sunday, March 7th pay-per-view will feature Archer, Cody Rhodes, Penta El Zero M, Scorpio Sky and two other men vying for a future shot at TNT Champion Darby Allin.

Rhodes, Sky and Penta were automatically added to the match with two qualifying matches booked to figure out two of the other competitors. Max Caster will face Preston “10” Vance on next week’s Dynamite for another spot while the sixth spot will be a mystery entrant.

Wednesday’s Archer vs. Fenix bout featured action in and outside the ring with the 43-year-old finally picking up the win after hitting Blackout just as the show was about to end.

Of the field thus far, only Rhodes has previously held the TNT title.
