The future of Clean Sky
An aggressive decarbonization is the Grand Challenge facing the aviation sector. The next version of the Clean Sky undertaking, Clean Sky 3, needs to develop highly ambitious and impactful technological innovations by joining forces with all European stakeholders to meet that challenge. New technologies will be targeted for integration into global airline and operator fleets within the next two decades.
