Bundesliga side Dortmund have made enquiries over the possible signing of Benjamin Pavard from VfB Stuttgart, according to L’Équipe.

The Frenchman’s entourage have been in touch with BVB, who have reached out to Stuttgart, and been quoted a €50m price, making a deal highly unlikely this summer.

Stuttgart Sporting Director Michael Reschke has been telling fellow club representatives that they only German club who could possibly sign Pavard is Bayern Munich.

Pavard wants to play Champions’ League football, but has decided to push all questions relating to his future, both externally and internally, to be dealt with after the World Cup.
