According to our colleagues at France Football, Everton winger Kevin Mirallas has once again been offered to Ligue 1 side Monaco.

The Belgian player is desperately seeking a move away from the Merseyside club in January as he looks to find consistent playing time at a club where he can stake a claim to Belgium’s EURO 2016 squad.
