Montpellier central midfielder Jonas Martin will undergo a medical today with Spanish outfit Real Betis ahead of a probable €3m move.

MHSC have been forced to sell the player as they attempt to balance the books.

Martin had initially wanted to go to Rennes, but SRFC refused to match Betis’s offer.

Martin will sign a three year contract should the medical occur without any complications.
